I recently interviewed for a role at Goldman Sachs and completed all the levels. After the final interview HR sent me a link to fill out the Compensation Questionnaire and requested for related documents. Next day, another HR called me for some clarification and told me that they are going to request for some approvals. Does this mean I can expect an offer letter? If yes, how long will that process take?
Hi, My joining is on 12th December. When can I expect Onboarding details mail and stuff?
I have been told that it arrives two days before joining.
I have to relocate to join and have been told by the team that travel desk will contact and arrange for that.
Kindly provide info on this.
Thanks in advance!

I have 6 yrs of HR exp, a PHR cert & an HRIP cert. I recently left my role as an HR Rep at a tech co b/c I was working 60+/week and the stress of the job was affecting my health. I recently received an offer at a new tech co that is $10k less than what I was previously making with comments from current EEs that this new co has a better WLB. Total comp is still a lot less than my prev company. Is less comp too much of a compromise for better WLB? What have you compromised for a better WLB?
You'd probably make $75-80k here in Louisiana where I'm located, but I'm not sure about where you're located. Honestly though if you're doing two people's jobs by being Office Admin you likely deserve much more or to put your foot down and insist on hiring a person for that job. Or at least use the cost of hiring that person to justify a raise for yourself.
Am definitely in that process
I would say at least 80-90k, what are you currently making?
Less then half of that. I want to relocate to the PNW and would like to know of any companies willing to help with relocation.
