@other BD folks at Deloitte KPMG EY PwC - how technical are you? I got brought in to sell a tech heavy solution that combines Red Hat, Salesforce, Service Now and I feel like I’m WAY out of my depth. I’m hitting numbers now but still have a heavy dose of imposter syndrome.
Any tips on how to get more technical? Or how to manage as a non-technical person in a very technical space??

I would definitely check what laws apply for your area. CA and NYC are not able to have enforceable non-competes. Move to one of these states and you don't have to worry.
I am in NY - I am not familiar with the non compete law. I have a very good job offer - they are going to review for me too.
Move to CA and the non compete becomes unenforceable
I would personally take the job offer, maybe consult with a lawyer to see what the options are? I wouldn't close yourself off to it if it's really good
Ask your company if they are going to defend you on non-compete. They probably will.
I don't have any advice for you, but I'm really hoping that your potential new employer will be able to help you figure out the logistics. I can imagine that this is such a stressful situation to be in, and I really hope it all works out for you.
You can ask your new employer for some help. I think they can help your figure out how to go about it. Good luck.
99% of NY noncompetes are not enforceable.
