NEED A PROPER SUGGESTION / GUIDANCE
I'm a fresher candidate, I'm currently working at Xoriant Solutions as a software engineer with 5LPA package. I got it through off campusing. I have got 2 more offers from college placement, first one is SENIOR ANALYST at Capgemini with 7.5LPA and second one is SOFTWARE DEVELOPER at Hitachi with 9 LPA.
Which company should i join as a fresher to have a proper growth or a good role in future ?
Any help regarding this would be highly appreciated.

Don’t be short sighted.
Leaving after 6 months is on the quicker side but it can be explained, so it’s not the end all. Focus on doing good work. I’ve jumped a few times. Always switched to a different group so it was always “justified.” Never burned bridges and have a “standing offer” to return whenever I feel like. Switched recently as well to law firm. Close mentors at the firm encouraged me to take this opportunity when I wasn’t sure about it.
If you have no desire to stay in PA, and this job gets you on your way to you new career path go for it, no point I wasting your time in PA

Wait until you get your license at least. Then jump to whatever. Also are you at big 4? If you are building credibility than at least 2 years in public is usually preferred

There’s no reason for them to wait unless they’re leaving PA.
