I have decided to move into the Product Management domain but any and every organisation out there is asking for experience. Would anyone be kind enough to let me know how to break this loop of applying and getting rejected at the Resume Filtering stage due to lack of experience.

I only started at PwC a couple of months ago, but I started getting hunted down by Amazon. I just passed my technical interview with them and I am moving on to the loop interview. It's been 2 months since I started my job search. And After being ghosted by a lot of recruiter's just because my notice period was 3 months, I finally decided to put down my resignation. I had an HR screening phone call with a recruiter who told me that the hiring manager had reviewed my application prior to our call and she expected that I’d move into the 1-on-1 virtual interview with the hiring manager. Within a 1/2 of the HR screening call, I received a call to schedule the hiring manager interview. I’ve begun my research, picked apart the posting to glean skills that I should target in my discussion. Any tips additional tips for preparing for hiring manager interviews?

I am interviewing for a compliance role in Trading and Supply. I am only knowledgeable on AML risk but the other compliance risks I do not have a clue about like licensing, privacy, market abuse etc. For example, what does licensing pertain to. Is that the trader’s licensing??

Accept offer? Just became a staff 2 in EY Audit and being offered a senior audit position with Cohn Reznick. I still have pending interviews for an associate position in FDD/SAT, but should I accept the senior position if my ultimate goal is to get into FDD/SAT and nothing else pans out? Hi, I need your advise… I see lots of jobs as a Manager and lots of people getting hired with great salaries not much skills, however when I apply in getting automatic rejected emails and interviews that go nowhere. I think I’m the interviews they think I am lying of all what I do and current responsibilities and high number of direct reports. Should I tone down on my work and make my experience and actual job seem less than what I do to get interviews and more chances at a good opportunity?
