I have been working for Marriott International for 9 years. Marriott is very good to their employees in many respects but they should pay loyal employees more. I am in a supervisor position in customer service and a single mom. I can barely make ends meet. After nine years at a job that can be extremely stressful, the pay should be competitive and more in keeping with the higher cost of living. Annual raises are so low it doesn't cover the rising cost of living.
