Anyone have thoughts on buying property when you’re single at 29? At first, I was thinkin of buying a condo so I could rent it out once I meet and marry someone. But, deep down, I don’t want a condo. I want a house. I don’t think I should plan my wants around waiting on some future man. With that, I am set on getting a house. I am wondering how big it should be bc it’s just me. No man, no kids. Clari recruiter is asking me to e-sign and NDA aggreement for taking the 2nd interview. They have prepared 3 page document and several clauses are of when employment is active. I feel reluctant to sign unless offered a job. He told they want it so that I do not share any question with anybody else 😂.

Has anybody else also been asked to sign for taking 2nd interview? Should I sign? If they were to give NDA, it should be 2- liner or harldy one page.
