Do sponsored candidates ever go into their MBA with intention to do some recruiting and casually explore what else is out there?

Considering applying with sponsorship and returning to consulting but would consider forgoing sponsorship if I could end up at the right place (e.g. select VCs or exciting corp dev role).

Does having a PMP certification hold any water in digital media? Do folks care? I’ve been using PMI resources to help solve problems / improve stuff at my org, and I’m tempted to get the full cert but I’m not sure if it’d actually mean anything / have a meaningful impact on my career or pay.

Is it ok if I change my job mid 2023 if I want to apply for an MBA in fall 2023 ? I want to change my firm because of the pay, but I would get decent recommendation letters from here I think.

I am good at research to wireframing. But UI, never done it before... high fid, design systems etc are all so new to me. Second company: 8 months
Third company: 9 months completed will complete 1 year including notice period (3 months)

My current company manager was convincing to stay back saying HRs will ask you the reason.

My colleague, who was associated with Willis Towers Watson as a Insurance Process Executive (Non IT), recently gave interview for Accenture as a BA and cleared the interview.
She has no prior experience in IT but has strong process knowledge regarding UK and Australia General Insurance and excellent communication skills.

Would she be able to handle the role of a BA is her Q.
I have been training her on what BA does and how documents are created and she is a quick learner.
