Please help!! Having an offer from Cts for 12 lpa(11.5 F) in Kolkata. Another offer from Credit Suisse Pune 13.6 Lpa F. I want to understand whether I will get a project as per my tech stack in CTS. I am in favour of CTS as it's in Kolkata. My YOE - 3.6, Tech -Qlik, Sql. My main concern is proper technical exposure, I am slightly afraid that Credit Suisse might not put me into a technically challenging project Credit Suisse Cognizant

I recently joined CTS so I can answer on 35 days firing-bench policy ..its not applicable for recently joined employees.
Bench policy of 35 days comes into picture when u r done with ur 1st project post that u should be mapped to next project within 35 days

Go for another company considering the scenario of a upcoming recession in the market. Cogni never hesitate to fire employees and more so if you're on bench

Every company in service based even in most of product based and now a days small firms also has increased thier notice period upto 3months.
So no choice on notice period. Only contract to hire notice period like 15-30 days.
