Folks, I had my final case study round with MD and a manager last week. I sort of messed up on market sizing/ maths but qualitative discussion with MD on the case went alright. Although am not positive I will clear it but the recruiter hasn’t contacted (they were pretty quick with previous rounds). I followed up as well but no reply. Should I assume/ accept I haven’t cleared and they don’t bother telling? Don’t know what else to assume.

I’m an analyst & have been working towards associate – I was recently offered an associate role on a different team, but simultaneously am feeling burned out and thinking of leaving the firm within the next 6-8 months to work at a smaller company. I want to accept the associate role for my own professional development and growth. Tips on leaving a role after 6 months without burning bridges? Is that possible? I feel somewhat guilty about leaving my team, but know I have to prioritize my career

Howdy…I need a sanity check! As part of my previous role, I reported security non-compliance and gross security misrepresentations. For my valiant efforts I was laid off (despite being a protected whistleblower) and my reports were buried. Everything I did was in line with my responsibilities. I was extremely concerned that systems housing personal credit data on all US consumers were not adequately protected. I essentially risked my job to protect data and I’m not sure if it mattered.

Credit card question - any negative impact to verifying income with a credit card company? With that new card they reallocated a portion of my credit limit from other cards so I must be "maxed out" for available credit.

I was cleared one service based company interview and get offer letter my current company is A but before it I was worked in company B for only 10 days and left the company B due to personal reason but according to them I have to served 3 months NP which is non payable. Worked in Genpact for 4.7 yrs in customer support domain and last 1yr I worked as a TL, but on paper it was process developer (PD), our process had that option. My CTC was 3.06 LPA
Now Infosys offered the role of L3 process specialist (one level down to TL) with CTC 6 LPA. I'm done with my onboarding and all other formalities in Infy on 12th August.
Now today TCS is calling and saying I have been selected for TL role itself with a package of 7 LPA.

please suggest if I should leave Infy now.
