I told company B that I’d received an offer, and asked when they’d be making their decision/if we could speed up the process. I put company A off for as long as I could but I went ahead and accepted, just in case. Does it help me at all to go back to B and tell them I turned down A’s offer? Like, will it make me look super committed or does them thinking I have an active competing offer help me more?

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

I want to work remotely, but am needing ideas for what to put on my resume. I’ve been an RN for 15 years and have worked mainly in hospitals: med surg, and some work in LTC, SNF, ALF, hospice. I have a year of teaching nursing students in clinicals and labs, and some lecture teaching. Also, I have done regional advising at a call center for 7 months. Just how to put this on a resume to “sell” myself seems challenging.
