I have completed my two rounds of technical interview with cognizant. HR told me you are selected and will get a call for discussing salary. Since, I am waiting, can you guys please suggest how much I can expect from CTS , considering I have an offer of 11.5 (fixed CTC) in hand.

Folks, please help. I was working as Business Analyst at Cognizant business consulting for an European client before joining PwC India a week back. Reason behind this switch was to get more strategy work than jun BA. Now I'm having client interviews for Indian clients for Digital Strategy assignments but trust me it's truly feeling weird and downgraded coz if indian clientele.
This may settle with time but I really need your insights if I have made mistake by switching to PwC India.

Pyrix One 1 - I am in dilemma if I join at 14 lpa in cognizant (if they agree to pay) , will it provide job security? As cognizant does fire it's employees.
Job security is the last thing to worry about in CTS right now. There are hardly any people manning the projects currently.
Ensure that you are a valuable asset to the company by the time the supply of resources exceeds job supply.
Do remember that the manager/senior manager has the final say and you need to be in really good books with them in order to get good ratings- you'll be surprised to know how many incapable resources are in higher positions because they sucked up.

I was interviewed at cognizant and salary discussion was also completed but it's been more than a month I haven't received the offer letter - will they send or not?
