Work pressure depends on team and your boss.. but yes if they paying you 29 in a service based firm they have to bill client accordingly and so you have to prove your worth. Product based firms also there will be pressure as they expect high quality and faster code from you.. I would prefer product based over service.. but 300 odd company is very small and it looks like GCC ..
Thanks for your response. What do you mean by GCC. Concord technologies is 1996 formed company but number of employees are very less. Even Guardian is having 2k to 3k employees only. Many are saying that product based companies use to have less employees only. I am still in dilemma whether to take chance with Concord technologies or not.
I have heard from my friends that if service companies are giving beyond their range they put in lot of pressure and assign multiple clients also at a same time. As Concord has not negotiated at all so I feel they have given in their range itself but Concord is a very small company of employee size 300. I have 7.5 years of experience working only in service companies on dot net with azure and SQL. Please suggest which one I should join.
What reason you are giving when they are ask why you are looking another company when you already offer from one?
That they are not even asking as they know that I am serving notice period. Even if they ask I can say anything that I am looking for better role and stable job and better package
