I have current CTC of 12.3 including variable and allowance at HCL Technologies. Now I have offer of Guardian Life of 25 fixed and Concord Technologies of 26.5 fixed Capgemini is ready to give 29 (including 10% variable) My doubt is Concord has given 26.5 without any negotiation and a product based company in health sector domain but for others I have to negotiate a lot. I am bit afraid to join others as they may have lot of expectations and work from me which will affect my job security.
