You are not incapable! I’ve worked for a lot of different companies and industries in my career and I can say with confidence a bad manager can break you. Even after working for 15 yrs and as recently as 2-3 years ago the two managers prior to my current made me lose confidence in my abilities. It took me several months of having a good manager and working with smart people to help me realize it wasn’t me.
While I can understand not wanting to move jobs after a short timeframe it may be worthwhile for you to spend time thinking about what you do/did enjoy career-wise and figure out what you would want in your next role. Then start looking for it. Your mental health is more important than what goes on your resume.
Also, are there any senior people at your company that you can talk to? Anyone you can lean on for support?

For my current job… no. I have a manager who “forgets” what I tell her (and I leave all written records), and constantly throws me under the bus. There were many occasions where she did that and now it’s much harder to work with this difficult client because she thinks the clients are “always right.” I am so exhausted and always torn because the internal team blames it on me for not managing my boss, and my boss thinks I’m not “proactive” enough. I asked for examples but got nothing. The other senior leadership is going on a long leave soon so he is not free to listen. I have no one to talk to and it’s breaking me apart
I would start looking. Life is too short to be stuck in a job that makes you miserable and where you don’t have support. If you can’t lean on senior levels in your org I find it tough to even consider sticking around.
