Does anyone want to go to kindle market today?
Benefits question for EY folks: I’m starting in two weeks and was looking at the Alex tool for health insurance options. Does neither the Select nor the Premier insurance options offer copays? The Alex tool makes it seem like you pay everything out of pocket until you hit your deductible ($1k or $600 respectively) and only after that is when copays/coinsurance kicks in?

Once I graduate (soon) I am looking to buy a 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or knew any un-official info about it! I’m excited to put a deposit down when the order banks open as this will be my first premium off-road vehicle. Anyone else excited for mid-size trucks coming out soon?

Op, that's life. It happens to the best of us, you just have to take it day by day and help yourself realize things aren't always better on the other side. It sounds like you're placing a lot of your self worth and esteem on work related things, maybe try focusing more on hobbies and learn to live and enjoy what you have.
Be mindful of your thoughts and try to recognize when intrusive ones come in and distract yourself from them.
If you're having difficulty helping your mental health alone, ask friends and fam for help(maybe not directly ask "for help", but just do things with them), and if that doesn't work I would say see a therapist.
Good luck op, you'll be ok, we're all living pretty privileged lives and things, in my opinion, are easier to deal with when you realize all your options are good ones
I think a lot of us will never be happy with what we have regardless of what it is. I can’t speak to getting a therapist (but I imagine if you’re asking that then maybe that’s enough of a sign? Or consider a life coach if it seems too extreme)
OP, if it helps, I moved from Big4 to MBB recently and hate it. If I could simply go back in time and reverse my decision I would. Lesson being, there are tradeoffs you don’t see.
Like wanting to have a WLB? MBB is generally more hours than most other consulting firms.
Compare yourself to someone way less fortunate, or many people, a day. I don’t mean to be backhanded, this truly works for me when I do the same. Self-depreciation turns into gratitude. I think our super power as humans is to master the turn away from “self” to a more outward, giving nature/lifestyle.
I also have an app called We Croak that reminds me three times a day that im going to die and life is impermanent. Thinking about this fact constantly really puts the little things like a job title into perspective.

maybe it’s the extra time i have. Should i see a therapist? genuine advice would help. I’m stuck in a rut. Not feeling well and being consumed emotionally.
I’m in finance but in a similar boat. I’m young, at a great company but not a good career path. I’m anxious to move forward but getting rejections left and right. Talking to my sister was helpful, she reminded me of my roots and how far I’ve already come. The therapist is a good idea. If you can, escape to quarantine with family/others. I was quarantining alone in NYC and my thoughts were eating me up. Good luck OP, I said a silent prayer for you 🙂

That’s kinda dark
I think these problems usually stem from something else. I felt the same at my old job and it was a mix of insecurity and boredom. It sounds to me like you’re wanting a new challenge or to be recognized for your accomplishments more at work. Maybe a new job will give you a fresh start and perspective or maybe there’s new/different projects you can step into at your current job to change it up, learn and grow a little more where you are currently. Good luck!
