Crying for my RSUs….started at my company about 6 months ago and got some RSUs split over 3 years. So now as they separated i got new compensation letter from company B and the joining date mentioned there is the date on which they separated and not the actual joining date on which i joined. Won't this be considered as a switch by future employers? In the new offer letter there is no mention of A
