Hi Fishes, I am a Subcon working at CG and have resigned recently with NP of 30 days. Is it necessary to explain as why I have decided to leave? If yes, will it be okay if I tell them practical reason but it would be a lie ofcourse. By any means, i have no intentions of staying back/receiving conversion or even hike since I have a way better opportunity with an organisation of repute and I don't want to get into any corporate politics. Will it be a problem for me if they find out later?Capgemini

Generally no hike after probation. It is a confirmation of employment (as they found performance satisfactory) and notice period generally changes from 1 to 2/3 months
It is rare but not impossible. Mostly 98- 99% people get confirmed post probation period.
I think for tcs probation is 3 months for lateral hires 😊.
When are u going to join? I also have offer and thinking to join?
Your yoe and tech stack ?
No hike no promotion in first year.. rarely an exception..you have to complete 18 months to be eligible for promotion and hike after 1 year
probation period will be completed within 2-3 months if you are billable resource to client. and no hike while completing probation
