SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? Received an offer from a top FAANG for a 250% increase in TC. However, I was initially interviewing for a position that was remote and yet the final offer does not provide that option, non-negotiable. I have a wife and 2-year-old child and another one due in 7 months, and currently live near both sets of grandparents.

Is working at a top FAANG really worth that kind of cost? I'm leaning heavily 'no' but it's not making it easy to sleep at night knowing I'm sitting on this kind of offer!

I currently work in SaaS, and I recently got proposed a Customer Success Manager position there. I was initially looking for an Account Executive position, but I was afraid to be a bit bored, and not to be able to express my creativity enough in this position. From what I was explained, CSM would allow me to work in between several departments and to be very free.
In your opinion, should I wait for an AE role or are learning and growth opportunities bigger as a CSM ?

2. How are they different from consulting? For example, how does the scope of a manager/SM differ?

Hi everyone, I need help evaluate an offer for senior data scientist at a mid size corporate in SF (mainly focus on statistical modeling and data analysis, no MLE related tasks):
$175K base + 300K RSU, no bonus, fully remote. I’m currently working at a unicorn with $115K base + stock options (best case scenario if stock price increase 11x I’d get around $300K out of it before tax) + 15% annual bonus, in office 2-3 times a week.
