How is Accenture Technology diff from Accenture Strategy? I had an offer from the former which I had rejected due to low hike given to me just 20% more. Now AS HR contacted me for an opening and he told me that they don’t mind taking my candidature forward as it’s diff from the tech. Also looks like their pay grade is much higher than Tech division. The opening is for a Data Engineer ( Manager level) my question is did anyone recently join or going to join in a similar role.

How do I ask for pay parity with peers? External hires of course make a higher base, but some reps that have been moved up are making a higher base due to starting higher when hired as SDRs. I am a top 10% rep in the org, so do I approach it based on performance or parity? Also I know better than to name drop, but is it acceptable to admit that I know what my peers make when making the ask?

i have done a course and learned Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, python, Tablue

Now looking to change tha profile as a Business Analyst.

When I was promoted 3 years ago it was to take the place of the DOO that resigned, who was making 6 figures, and doing a quarter of the work that I do. They have me at $63,000 salary, but I work 60-70 hours a week due to the work load. Now they hired a new marketing employee, that was started at double my salary, and I feel very offended by this. Am I being underpaid? I earn £52.5k + £52.5k. Corporate AE (companies with 1000-5000 employees), 2 YOE as an AE, although I was an SDR for 2 years too (in my first year at current company). ACV roughly 50k. Quite complex sales cycles with a product that is hard to sell. 350k EUR quota. I have cleared 1st round at KPMG.
In the L2, managerial round, is there any chances of getting rejected? There were only technical quest asked. I feel I could not clear it as HR gave m the feedback that interview said I am working on a support project in Infosys. There are other things as well in feedback but this was something strange.
