Need info on SAP Job titles/levels at Microsoft, Out of Desperation during Covid I joined Deloitte as a Consultant (one level above an entry level Analyst) with 5 YOE. Microsoft is offering me a position of Software Engineer. I don’t want to make the same mistake as I did when I joined deloitte but the next level Software Engineer 2 requires 8 YOE so a little confused here on what job title matches my YOE and skillset

I recently got two job offers and I’m struggling to decide what I should do. The first is for an AE position with Salesforce and the other is also for an AE position but with a smaller tech start up. Both are comparable salary and vacation time. What I’m struggling/worried about is the potential complexity of selling a product like Salesforce as well the “grind culture” as a sale person I’ve heard old employees talk about.
