Pretty bigoted of you to think they're not actually what they claim to be. Mind your own business

Are you surprised? I’d be bi-curious for a job at Google

Diversity hire slots are illegal according to the civil rights act of 1964 so who's really at fault here?
Being in the LGBTQIA community is kind of a blurred line. I am a woman, I am attracted to women and men, and I have had sex with both, but tend to be in relationships with men not women. So, most people I know consider me straight… but am I? Not exactly. But I don’t say publically I’m in the LGBTQIA community…. But does this mean I’m not?
I'd probably just not talk about this anymore if I were you, OP.

DUH lol. That's how quota hiring works, tale as old as affirmative action. Rates of "Native American ancestry" spiked when professorial applicants realized it would help them get jobs at premier universities.
I will almost certainly be doing this to con myself into a cushy big tech role
I know a white guy from South Africa who listed their background as African American. Nobody dares to question his diversity status

You know me. That’s me haha
The boss wanted me to prove it so I did… does it still count as pretending?

I’d fake it to get a job. Then suddenly at some point after I’m hired I’ll have a purely coincidental change of attraction and desire for the opposite sex again.
I really don’t think this is a thing…
I recently saw an Aramco job posting that said Women need not apply
Just because you’re cisgender and attracted to the opposite gender doesn’t mean you can’t identify as LGBTQIA+
