I have ISOs and a tender offer to buy my shares. There's an option for a cashless exercise, and an option for a cash exercise. Given I hold no shares yet and I don't want to put existing cash in, would a cash exercise and an immediate sell in the offer be tax-identical to the equivalent cashless exercise? Or are there tax reasons to pick one over other?

Hello,

I dropped my papers on 30th June (Thursday) after informing my manager that I'll be doing so.

I got a resignation acknowledgement email the next day, but after that, nothing. Is there any intermediate step I'm missing out on? Or do we simply sit ducks till they reach out?

Also, who do I discuss with for an early LWD / buyout? My manager or the HR?

Thanks for the help!

To those who have an HSA and who are able to cap the contributions each year, what account balance would you need in order to not cap the contributions, or to no longer contribute at all?
