TCS Whitefield(13kms from my home) and IBM Manyata Tech( 23 kms). Joining date May 1st week. Offered almost same salary. Heard that IBM is calling back to office. Is it worth to join IBM, considering huge traffic near Manyata Tech Park? Can't change home as it's permanent. Please advise. Thanks IBM Tata consultancy sevices

Better than current one right ! Need not worry about it. Keep your hopes high !! It is difficult to find job during initial period due to notice period of 90 days. You have got one!! So try to get other offers in coming days.. Cheers!! š
Dont worry 30% is the security to leave a job you can make it upto 100% , believe me it will be a wonderful decision š¤
Bhai tcs se bahar nikalne k liye 15 % bhi mile daboch lo and get going. U will be at a much better place after a yearš
Sahi baat, any ways aur try kro nhi to after 1 yr taiyari krk try kro. I after resigning from tcs started with around 50% hike 3 months before n now the company I m joining is giving 140% hike. To comfort zone s niklo market is gud as of now 30% shuruat k liye sahi h give as much interview as u can dnt leave any opportunity
if u'll play wisely then u can make 30% to 130% very easily in nxt few days ...try ur best in all upcoming interviews
Job calls increase when you reach notice period end. You can then quote a premium when HRs contact you as you'll be available almost immediately.
Dont worry. Keep preparing and applying.
Make use of TCSs' 90 days notice period policy.
I was sailing in the same boat as yours, utilized the opportunity of 90 days, went to approx 300%.
Have faith in yourself, Plan, Strategize, Study, Give interviews, Perform well, Negotiate and rest will be history.
Thanks for reading.
Hi All , I'm looking for refferal for job switch. Kindly like my comment
If you have resigned for your well being and happiness then its fine. Money will come and go, omagine if you had got a bumper hike but you spend majority of it on health and wlb issue what's the point of earning then. Always remember never regret or be guilty about anything.
Don't worry, u have ample time in notice period.. prepare well, u will get good opportunities...
Chill brother , last month of notice period definitely got 200% hike. So do enjoy

Buddy tcs has 3 month notice period.. till the time you will reach to 1 month you will have 3 offers.. beleive in yourself and apply for more companies and keep your naukri.com profile updated
Find another
Use this offer and attend interviews, you'll get a good offer
Don't worry now you are
1) immediate joiner
2) serving notice period
3) 3 months to give interview
Give interviews and then counters best of luck
Update in Naukri as immediate joiner and serving notice period.
Update all your skills there
Take your papers back and there is no harm in doing this if you dont have a job
Do not withdraw in any case. Move forward.
If you ask me, it's not worth to leave TCS for 30%.
I meet a lot of guys from TCS, Ex-TCS in Industry (even I am an Ex-TCSer) and most of them cherish their time in TCS and almost half of them told me, that it was not a great decision to leave TCS.
WLB, job security, On-site is still better in TCS as compared to its peers.
So looking at the market, if your are getting 50%+ go ahead. Again this is very generic statement, but this would change on case to case basis.
It will take almost 4 years in tcs to be on 30% hike salary considering consecutive A bands.
Beside you will get offers once your last day is near.
I also got 30% hike in first offer and I joined current company with 150% hike.
Go for it man.
Congratulations, you have taken first step!!
Update you np on naukri and other portals, and be prepared for interviews, hike to mil jaegaš
