I used them for a cash out refinance in 2020 so I guess that is different but it was a great experience. Influencers source of income may have made their approval processes take longer. Being self employed “talent” and not having steady paycheck make getting approved for mortgage extremely difficult and takes long time to show and clear proof of finances.

I have no idea what that is. 😆

I’ve had several clients close with Rocket Mortgage on time. If you are worried about it, then ask for regular updates from your lender on the progress they are making and ask when the earliest they can have “clear to close” loan status.

My closing is in July and they have provided me the closing estimate and disclosures.. i locked in rates 2 months ago with them… I am in contact with my lender, I applied through him..
yeah, just worried when time comes, they will be able to deliver or not

Why does fractional real estate have such a bad reputation? For context, have about 2 million saved plus house worth another million. Early 40’s. Generally follow FIRE, but being cooped up for covid has been tough, and wanna buy a fractional out west at Jackson Hole, where I’d love to go skiing every year....so I have something to look forward to. Would cost about 50k for access to 1 week in winter and 1 week in summer. Plus HOA fees of 5k/year. Thoughts? Watchouts?

I am currently going into the office once a week, which is probably increasing to two times a week. The rest of my team does not come in at all and the office is pretty empty. My manager almost insists that I continue to go in. I do not have many tasks that require office time and my manager is never here. How can I respectfully push back and stay working from home more? I sometimes feel like I am only as valuable as how much time I can spend in the office.
