I have my dream job interview. I have 6 days practicing for the interview, and I have written possible questions, regular questions and very crazy questions. Despite all that, I don't feel prepared, and my stress is brutal. Any advice?

Best prep advice ive had is, take the job posting and pretent the bullets are the actual interview questions and have answers for them. Ive had multiple times where they really almost go down the list asking them word for word

Field engineering is primarily based on a specific system or line of products you’ll be supporting- even if you just have a very preliminary knowledge of how they work or can show you have a systematic/organized approach to problem solving, you’ll be fine.
Good luck and don’t stress out about it too much!

One of the best things you can do is take a few moments to relax, meditate or take some deep, calming breaths before the interview. Remind yourself that you have prepared for this moment and there is nothing else you could have done better.

take a few deep breaths throughout the day and find ways to relax your body and mind that work best for you. Research has shown that mindfulness techniques like meditation or yoga can help reduce anxiety levels and make it easier to focus on the task ahead.

Take some time to relax and engage in activities such as meditation, exercise or getting outdoors to clear your mind, this will help to reduce stress levels and enable you to approach the interview with a positive attitude. Good luck!

One way to combat your stress is to focus on the preparation you have already done and the wide range of possible questions you have anticipated. Whether it's regular questions or crazy ones, having a comprehensive understanding of what might be asked can help you feel much more confident on the day of the interview.

Take some time during those six days to relax and practice mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing and positive visualization. Make sure to get enough sleep to be well-rested on the day of the interview so that you can show your best self.

I bet you are way more prepared than you think you are. Go through the job ad and imagine all the requirements were posed as questions, like the first poster said. It is advice that has helped me in every interview. Do you have answers for those questions? Do you have knowledge of what they are hiring you for? then you're going to do great. Don't forget to have a question or two prepared about the company.

I recently interviewed for a role at Goldman Sachs and completed all the levels. After the final interview HR sent me a link to fill out the Compensation Questionnaire and requested for related documents. Next day, another HR called me for some clarification and told me that they are going to request for some approvals. Does this mean I can expect an offer letter? If yes, how long will that process take?

I met with the hiring manager and he pushed me to the "virtual onsite" to meet with 2 members of his team and a cross functional manager for individual interviews.

Here is how I feel I did:
Interview #1: B
Interview #2: A
Interview #3. C

I still have an upcoming interview with the leadership team.

My question is, how much influence does does the 3 interviews have in swaying the decision of my candidacy?

I'm also assuming that the senior leadership is definitely one of the major factors too.

Dears, I've been contacted by a company, they like my profile on LinkedIn, I've done the 1st interview by telephone, they asked me to make the 2nd interview directly with the supervisor and the HRD, we arranged the 3rd interview, but the HRD called me to inform that she couldn't meet me and told me that she'll call me after few days... After that, they "ghosting" me! I called the HRBP one week later, but he replied that he'll call me ASAP. What should I do? May I call the HRD or should I wait?

I got to the last interview with a software company, interviewed by product managers. They asked me if I would rather work 9 to 5 pm every day and then be offline OR if I'd rather crunch all night and have more loose days after that. Major red flag right?
I said that crunching can be a toxic trait if a company keeps repeating it and doesn't look to fix the source of the problem. The next day I got my "No, thanks" email. Assuming that was the reason. Thoughts?

I've been given a lot of responsibilities, which is great. But I don't feel like any of them are being prioritized or delegated appropriately. I'm getting a lot of pressure from my manager, who is quite demanding and doesn't seem to understand that I need time to get things done and learn new skills.
