I have my final round of interview with Databricks for a managerial position. I was asked to come with a 3/6/12 month plan if I were to join Databricks and lead the team. So far, I've received great feedback in all the previous rounds. Kinda tensed about what would they expect from this round How can I not screw up and continue the feedback I have received before? Is there probation period for experienced in CTS? It is not mentioned in offer letter but few are saying they have got email about probation period. Also, does CTS give hike after completing 1.5 years or it gives you in 6 months if you fall in appraisal cycle?

In college I kept changing my major between Phys, CS, Cybersec, and EE bc I liked all the things and couldn’t pick.
