Hi everyone! Curious if anyone here works for Slack and can shed a little light on the culture and perhaps offer a referral for an associate brand manager position I just saw on LinkedIn. With the Salesforce acquisition are SF employees allowed to refer for Slack roles? Currently a senior analyst with 4 YOE looking to break into a branding role! Thanks in advance.

Leverage your Healthcare expertise to pivot into tech. If you are interested in B2C, check out consumer health tech companies that appeal to you. Many B2B tech companies also sell to Healthcare (eg - AWS, Microsoft, Google, Apple, etc). While you may not have the tech expertise, you have the deep expertise of the customer, which these companies highly value. You'll understand key trends and challenges in Healthcare, key personal, and how to position the product to business decision makers
Again, not sure of your technical background, but tech marketing or sales could be good options. Once you have a couple of years under your belt, you will know enough about the tech you work with to pivot away from Health tech and move onto something else if you like.

Somewhere like this would be a good place to start. Definitely don't leave your prior experience behind. Take advantage of it.

Like others have said, there are many companies that sell software into the Healthcare sector. If you have experience with certain software packages I'd start by looking at them for positions. Look for Customer Success, Customer Support, or Sale positions at one of those companies; you might also consider Product Management.
Honestly, the required technical knowledge is usually fairly easy to acquire. Companies struggle to find people with good domain knowledge. You may be well placed to find something good.
This is v true! Depending on your experience, there are lot of niche biotech startups etc that are looking around. You can probably find some based on the area you're looking for, worth checking out some startup lists etc to see where to apply
Plenty of options for you! Especially with management experience and a science background. Agree with the above - plenty of life science/healthcare startups/tech companies
