I would say my least favorite part of audit is when senior managers change the format of your workpapers to make it more fancy format wise and show you did more work than was needed.. But don't actually do the work documented and then you have to resolve the partner review comments pointing this out 😅 you da real MVP!

What’s the correct ratio of staff to seniors? I am currently filling out reviews and was astonished that I had 9 to fill out from a recent year-end.
