Why do women partners with no kids give women a harder time about scheduling more than any male partner gives regardless of having kids or not?? There’s one partner in my practice who is giving me a hard time for having a non-negotiable 1 hour of time on 1 day for my family. Yes you read that right 1 HOUR 1 day a week. Question on Roth IRA contribution withdrawal. Rolled a traditional 401k into a Roth earlier in the year. If I choose to use contributions in my Roth IRA to cover some of the tax hit, what does that look like? All of my funds are invested. Is there any share-based specific matching I need to be aware of with the withdrawal or do I just have to understand the total dollar split between contributions, rollover, and earnings so as not to exceed my contributions?

Staff sent out paper AR confirms and got them back. Manager saw them and asked why their wasn't fold marks. Turns out staff forged signatures cause he didn't send them. Partner came out and fired him!
