With all the talk about exit opps and lateral hires, I just wanted to ask how working in the Enterprise division (mid-market/private clients) will affect my future job options, be it positively or negatively, as opposed to working in a main division with public clients?

I think we can all agree EQUALITY (in all aspects including racism) should be a goal of all humans - or for the sake of argument let's assume. What are some ways to sell that idea as if it were a company to an applicant OR sell the idea as if it were an applicant to the hiring manager?

In Aug I resigned from my position at a nonprofit which had no employment contracts. I had a good relationship with them when I left which is why I gave 3mo notice and agreed to stay on further for a few hours here and there to help train and fill in gaps for my replacement (a favor to them). I have an offer from Capgemini and I have my H1-B transfer approved. After I resigned and told my manager about it, asked me if I wanted to stay back.
