I have offer from Epam and now I have around 20% higher offer from a start up, i feel Epam have given me lower band as A3, i should have atleast A4 band considering relevant yoe as 9 years , can i counter for salary match and band appraisal, will they consider ?

Hi Fish, today I was presented an opportunity to work as the primary point of contact for a public company doing commercial transactional work (mostly spillover and work that their in-house team may not want).
