I have received an offer from Optum and my joining is next week. I have already submitted BGV documents, including previous employer details and current employment proofs such as payslips, PF service history, and offer letter.
My concern is that my current employer has reportedly not been responding to BGV requests recently. If they do not respond, will the documents I submitted be sufficient for verification?
Has anyone faced a similar situation with Optum's BGV process?
