I have received offer from Wipro which is little above than the offer that I am holding but fixed pay is less. Thinking of rejecting Wipro offer. Is it better to reject or accept and then not join. He is medicating me well, adjusting as needed, all after utilizing a DNA test to see what’s most effective for my physiology. The problem now, I’m afraid to try to work again. I don’t know who I am.

I have got an offer from Wipro . Designation is tech lead and band is B3 . My joining is on may 26. Am I eligible for upcoming appraisal cycle ? Band b3 is good ?
