I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)

Companies hire Accenture because they need help with complicated solutions. Working in consulting is always going to be harder than working in a company. Perhaps you should look for a job that has more modest expectations. Sorry for this bad news, I am just trying to be honest for you.
If you just joined expect to spend more time to get acclimated to Accenture and the project. That’s the nature of a new job and learning. Life isn’t all cotton candy and rainbows. Give it time. If it’s still too much ask yourself is consulting for you? Does another role in the company make more sense? Engage with your people lead for guidance.
If you want a “guaranteed” stress free job, consulting ain’t it. Too many variables, you could go from one stress free project to a dumpster fire just by nature of the client or team you are working with. I will say it gets easier as you upskill to consulting standards, you’ll find ways to optimize your workflow, become quicker, and identify pits before you fall in and course correct.
Consulting is notoriously stressful with long hours. I recommend you transition to AFS, corporate functions or go to industry.
Ask if the project will always be stressful like this. Is it too many hours? If yes, try to create boundaries say that you can’t work beyond 6PM. When’s the project ending? Can you stick with it and then next project might be better
Take news from your HRPA and manager's manager about any pilot batch and shift there. Pilot batches are always a boon for new joiners in Accenture or any organisation, as process is not streamlined and work culture is not much influenced.
