Is it just me or were the roads far worse yesterday than they usually are during a winter storm? Seems like there was no road salting ahead of time (at least where I was). I had my PDM round on previous Thursday and the salary discussion also done on that call only, I uploaded the documents on very next day i.e. on last Friday. How much time it would take to rollout an offer in IBM?
(Also yesterday I had received one progress mail from IBM, that my documents is in progress and they have asked me upload my PAN card.)
