I have recently started taking courses on coursera to for an ibm cloud full stack developer certificate. Has anyone here received this certificate or know of someone who has? I want to know if this certificate will get me in an entry level developer position somewhere or do I really need a degree to get a career as a developer?

What are acceptable answers when a recruiter asks “Why do you want to leave your current position”?

Can anyone from Tech M confirm why Tech M is taking so long for releasing an offer. It has been more than a month waiting for an offer letter. They are saying there is approval pending from one team. Here they shortlisted me for Senior Business Analyst.

My I-485 was filed in December 2019. I just got an RFE saying that I need to submit an updated form I-485 because the one submitted has expired. Has anyone received this request before? I also got laid off from Deloitte so I don’t have any attorney to help me on this. Should I wait until I get a new job so they can help me file the I-485 and supplement J (for portability) together?
