I have rejected an offer of 16LPA from EY as I saw current market standard of 4 years automation people are getting minimum 18 LPA. My current is 12 LPA. Did I do a right thing folks? Quiet upset thinking I did wrong. 😔😔 EY Deloitte PwC

I think you should have took the offer and resign from your present organization. Either you will get better offer from other org during notice period or your current org will give better offer. In my case both worked out. Now don't overthink and stress your self as it is not the end. You can continue your job search, you will get better offer. All the best!

Is low offer the only reason for refusing the offer? Because it was still more than what you have currently. Market standards are not very well defined and if it was that low you should have taken up the offer and kept looking for a better one. Do not reject offers based on just that. Anyways try to think in more dimensions other than just money. Best of luck.

Dont stress yourself too much on this as its not the end of the world, you'll get other offers before you know it. Take it as a part of learning and in future you should accept and keep the offer in hand and try to shop a few more and then re-negotiate.

I have an offer from Electronic Arts (EA) EA of a+b amount where a is base and b is stocks which reaches to a certain number c, for that I have to work in office from California.

I have another offer from Ford Motor Company of d amount where d is base which is greater than c. And I can work remote. I am a grad student, I am really confused which one should I go for please help me to select one

I know salary should not be the only factor, but I think both the place have good culture.

Has anyone had trouble finding an ob gyn? I just moved to my area and the recommended ob gyns are fully booked. The first date I can schedule is not until I'm 20+ weeks along. Would you just go to a lower rated ob (taking 2 out of 5 stars on Yelp) the first few weeks and then switch when you are able?

Jumping off a related topic: am I delusional to not care about jr/int/sr level titles? I've been a "copywriter" since the day I started and steadily gained responsibility, autonomy, and money. Happy with career progression, always getting juicier assignments, work directly with ECDs/CCOs... am I missing something crucial? Is my case an anomaly?
