Is there a promotion bonus to manager at Deloitte? If so, what is it?

Should I keep my new job or boomerang back to my old job? The new job pays 50K more base, 25K more bonus and I get 40K a year consulting for the old job so around 115K difference in cash (not counting equity).

So why even consider going back to the old job? The new job keeps me busy 12+ hours a day while the old job is a coast at 1-2 hours a day max.

My idea is not to enjoy the free time and sit on my *ss, but to figure out side gigs, passive income streams or even start a startup. (more)

2017 grad so technically a 4th year. Lateraled to a CRE boutique in NYC that’s a major player. Learned quickly that my experience/knowledge/organization is not up to par (was a COG in the machine at prior firm). Just had EOY review and, though positive sounding, they’re dropping me to a 3rd year to ensure I’m not billing as a 4th year and able to do the work to learn/get up to par. Cognizant put my candidature on hold after both rounds of interviews and HR ended up telling me that it’s coz of my current CTC. They will interview more candidates and accordingly get back to me . As of now, my candidature is “on hold”.
