I have seen multiple posts where I see CTC offers like 50 LPA, 70 LPA from a so and so company for very low YOE
I would request those to mention below things too in your posts so that it should not demotivate others in the market
1 - Your Education and if it is from a Tier1 Or Tier2 college then please mention name of college
2 - Years of experience
3 - Tech/Domain for which you got that much CTC or current Techs too.

Salary offered is 860,000NOK + 10% bonus

An executive of a major Telecom company approached me with an exciting opportunity. All details have been finalized for them to provide me an official offer other than the final compensation. The executive had asked me to provide a salary range that I was looking for which I did, but now wants me to provide my W2 from previous years of employment along with a breakout of this year’s compensation. Not sure how to proceed with this request. Any tips or insights would be highly appreciated.

I’ve worked with smaller agencies where it was easier to bring up. Now I’m on a larger team, talking to/referencing people I’ve never met. I’m less concerned about my own pronouns and more concerned about how to make sure I’m using the correct pronouns for the people I work with.

Dear fishes, recently I was interviewed for lead position by two good product based companies and I cleared all the rounds, but both HRs are saying, you are technically good so we can offer you senior software engineer position not the lead position.

For senior software position, I will get Max 15% hike only.

For lead position, I will get around 30% to 40% hike.

CCTC : 18 LPA
Tech : Quality assurance lead (automation + functional + performance testing)

Got my Salary Account in HDFC, not kidding, entering the bank and getting out was mere 20 minutes. That was super cool. Like they say, the first impression of the last impression. No papers nothing, all online. I atleast expected them to ask for a passport size photo, not even that, Awesome experience. Kudos to HDFC.
