What are the skill set to develop if we want to nove to 50LPA zone in 9 years of experience?

My ctc shows 10lpa + 20lac esops. But I'm not sure if I'll get this 20lac stocks for free or do i need to buy them by paying? Distribution is 4lac per year for 4 years. Pls explain.
