I have shared a signed copy of Offer letter with a company whose joining is in next week. It is mentioned in the offer letter that it will convert into Appointment letter on the date of joining. I have signed it and mentioned the joining date in the date section. Will the company take legal action if I don't join it? I intend to join other company whose joining is on the same date.

Tell them immidiately that you won't join as your current employeer retaining you. Please do not tell them at the last date. Tell them ASAP so that someone else get the opportunity

I am not sure about all the companies but till now none of the company asked me for this. Signing offer letter is fine but how that will treat as a joining letter I don't know. If you named the company someone might be able to help you

Would PwC pay for or contribute in any way for me to work at a co-working space if I work remotely in a town with no local office? Closest office is 45 minutes away, co-working space that I used with my last company is 2 minutes away. Greatly increases productivity to cut out the commute 🤷‍♀️

I’m new to consulting so need some advice here— currently working on a project and the days have been slow due to lack of data flow from the client.
