I have started my career in SaaS sales and currently work ex of just 1.5 years. I'm confused that to grow, should I start searching for an SDR role in an early stage startup or look for an MNC? I feel my growth in current role has been shunted and going nowhere

Received a job offer. Was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on a concern I had about it. It's an entry level position, and I don't have much experience. The billables are 2040 a year. For billable hours in civil litigation and insurance defense, is 2040 hours for a 1st year associate on the high end in this field for a small or midsize firm? It seems like most attorneys I know have minimum requirements of around 1800. The compensation is around 80k a year.

Do I need to list internships or graduate assistant jobs in my resume? I am six years into full time work but have been at the same company the whole time (different titles but the same role).

Be honest: How likely am I to land a PM position with no “Project Manager” job title? I’ve worked in a director role for a healthcare company for a little over a year. My past experience (also healthcare) was the equivalent to account management.

I have five years of experience in healthcare and I’ve worked on small projects in every role.

Any thoughts or advice?

I applied for a position in a new department and I didn’t get the job. The manager passed along to the recruiter that another role is opening up within a week and she wanted me to apply for it. Tomorrow is 3 weeks since the recruiter said that and the job still isn’t posted. I emailed her checking in a few days ago, and no response. I have other, less exciting, opportunities in front of me. Do I hold out for this job or move on?

My current company just completed an acquisition. At first it seemed fine, but now they're referring to it as an acquisition/merger - should I be worried about my job as I'm part of the foundational sales team? Has anyone worked in Sales at Samsara? I’m being interviewed for a Mid-Market position and the OTE is 170K which seems a bit low. The recruiter said most mid-market reps are making well into 200K with stock options and what not, with some top performers getting to 300K. Is this realistic because I’m not seeing that on glassdoor at all. I’m also interviewing with several other companies for similar positions targeting 220K with bases around 110K. I’m not sure I can go back to a base under 100K.
