I just got an invite to interview 3 of 3 with a company I’m interested in. But, I also really like where I’m currently working, and they’ll be hella short-staffed if I take this new role. Is there a way I can let them know I’m interviewing for other opportunities? I’m pretty confident they won’t show me the door. They’ve been holding off on hiring a director for our team, and I just learned it’ll be January before they expect to hire (18 months). I want them to realize the cost of that choice.

Hello! I have 9 years total of healthcare experience and 5 years of that I was a Residential supervisor for a brain injury rehabilitation. I don’t have a degree only college credits I’m trying to obtain a Psychology degree. I’ve been applying to countless jobs on Indeed and barely get an call backs for an interview. I’d say out of the 50 jobs I applied for I only got 4 interviews. Is anyone else extremely frustrated with being out of work? :(

What do you do with a senior manager who seemed lost all the time? Granted he is new in the engagement - we both are. We talked through things a couple of times but he does not seem to understand it and keeps on asking about the same things.
