A 15-30 minute walk outside always helps me clear my head.
Thanks all. I made it through the night. I went for a walk with my dog beforehand and small chatted my way through the evening. I appreciate your support. Some days are harder than others right??!??? 😪
I feel like I've been there. If I van, I try to just go out and walk as well.
Fresh air and things that help relax me. Buy yourself something new to wear or something like that and maybe you’ll get excited!
I will get myself something nice tomorrow!! I have to travel this week for work so might as well!
