I have the day off today - usually I’d go to a workout class and/or a museum, but unfortunately most fitness studios are not open for indoor classes and I don’t feel like a museum today. Any suggestions on what to do? Open to ANYTHING, in any borough, although I am based in Manhattan!
Here are a few suggestions, OP:
1. Walk through Central Park and read the descriptions on the statues. I always find it to be a grounding activity.
2. Plan a special dinner date for yourself, then go buy the ingredients and cook / bake. Then eat while watching a movie or a tv show.
3. Workout outside - by one of the rivers or in the park.
4. Rent a car and just drive without a destination until you’re ready to drive back. I’ve stumbled upon some amazing things and places while doing this.
Take the East River fairy to a stop you haven’t been to before! Have loved exploring LIC and Dumbo. The views along the way are unmatched as well!
Love how we single (or non single) folks take care of each other

If you like spin classes and don’t mind doing it outdoors - SoulCycle has a couple studios doing outdoor classes. Tribeca is on a rooftop, and BK Heights
Go for a walk on the high line, explore a new neighborhood,

Go for a run outside.
I was thinking of that! I’m an avid runner (normally 30+ miles a week) but I’m a bit worried with all the snow that’s been melting and my running shoes are not waterproof.
