How do you navigate getting a referral on a platform like this? Genuinely curious on if HR/Recruiting asks how you know the person you're referring, or if they don't care where the referral comes from.
Really interested in a junior PM role at Razorfish. A close friend currently works for a different Publicis org, so not sure if a referral from them would mean anything.

Also I absolutely love the dress and wondering if I should also get it in the pink. What do you think of this color?
Love it!
Potentially but not a fan of the chest stitching. It depends on how it looks on you, or you could add a nice jacket to layer. I would stick with the blue for work.

Thanks! I actually like the way it fits on my bust, and the overall flow. Good point, let me see how I can make it work with a jacket. Any thoughts on the V neck for work?
Also yes the pink is for casual wear like brunch and such, but trying to gather thoughts on the actual color of it, especially for summer and spring months
Pro
It would be too short on me (and the pink is too short on the model for work). The v-neck isn't too low for me, but if it shows a lot of cleavage on you, it might not be appropriate.
I can't tell how thick the fabric is, but it doesn't look lined. This is less obvious on the navy color, so I'd stick with that color for work. Make sure it doesn't cling inappropriately as you move. I second the suggestion to wear with a blazer to add some structure/ coverage.

Go for it! The model has olive undertones and it looks good on her.
I have similar coloring and find this color to be tricky if I'm not tanned (it can make me look green/sallow). But since it's a summery dress that shouldn't be an issue.
So pretty, either color. You could wear a tan suit jacket with the pink. Or a blue one with the blue dress.

Thanks so much!! Didn't think to pair the pink one with a tan jacket - thanks!
The length may be an issue if you work in a windy part of the city. Women look rather silly clutching their skirts around their thighs and mincing across the street or trying to get into an Uber.

No luckily I'm not in a windy part of the city
Go for it! With a cute blazer or jacket, I’d 100% wear something like that. Maybe not to a client meeting but for a normal day in the office.

Thanks!!
Of course, this is definitely office appropriate!

Thank you!!
