Do the in house attorneys at your company who have the same title make the same amount of money? Just found out that an AGC who started at the same time as me (I'm also an AGC) has a base salary that's $15k more than me. We are both females but she has more years of experience than me. At the end of the day, we're doing the same job so wondering how much of a premium is her experience worth. Doesn't incentive me to want to work long hours if others are getting paid more to work those hours.

Hi, 10 days to complete my 2mo's notice period with Accenture Operations. Meanwhile completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certidication from a Globally recognised institution and emailed Senior Manager. He asked me to withdraw papers and discuss about a project he has for me,on Monday. I have an offer with 50% hike as a QA in different city and company. What are the points shall I look for? I'm currently at level 12.2, BPO Operations.

I switched recently (3 months back) with almost 200% hike but really feeling stressed out. I dont want to name the company but I feel very little belongingness here compared to other one. The pressure of standing out and getting my work highlighted is impacting my wlb.

I see a lot of posts about only changing jobs if there's a big raise. I jumped out of consulting into a job that pays the same amount, but has way better WLB, culture, and other benefits. I was just not happy at my old job and I don't regret the switch. If you're not happy, it's ok to move without the change being all about a huge salary jump. I'm manual tester & they have assigned me QET automation UFT, QET Automation Selenium and QET Automation API which are not my skillsets. Hello all I received an offer from EY GDS and the date of joining was a concern so I asked for a postpone not much just by a week.( Joining is in May)
It's been almost 1 week now and I haven't heard back from the HR I called and was informed the details are shared with other team and they are working on it.
