Wipro likely good in culture.
Sapient good for tech growth, fast paced environment.
Tbh, fast paced environment is not for everyone. Though it is marketed in a positive way, the downside is you can be burnt out.
So if you are already experienced with this type of projects and know how to handle burnout and avoid situations of this sort, sapient could be better for learning experience..
If you have not handled something like this , then this is more of awareness for your mindset change.
Though things depend on client, typically in fast paced environment, you will get to learn a lot in short duration. Within a year or so , you will know the latest tech, though their is lot of hustle here. And likely you may not like working in other projects which are not having latest tech.
Wipro has more maintainence projects as per my knowledge. I don't think scratch or Greenfield projects are there.
Sapient on other hand, likely might have Greenfield work.
On business model terms, sapient might have agreed to do things faster than Wipro, infosys etc like in shorter duration like 3 months instead of 5months. So from project management perspective , pressure of deadlines will always be there.
Try to know which client you might be working for before hand for both offers , and nature of them. Like maintenance or support or Greenfield work.
Exp and stack!?
