Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. I have changed Infosys within 7 months. Now, I don't want to switch this early. Can somebody tell me about the good points, pros in FIS. I really want to change my mindset so that I feel happy here and can give back something to organization.FIS Global

Anyone know if ACN M&A Strategy is hiring?
This is an easy choice, CF = IB, don't think twice about passing on the FDD opportunity to get into the door, worst case, FDD will always be there for you. Most IBing is sell side.

Boutique corporate finance M&A is vague. Is it buy side?
If you want to do IB definitely do the M&A firm, Altho FDD isn’t a bad route either, it just seems like most people in FDD don’t have direct buy side M&A experience.
Don't listen to this nonsense. Most people in FDD don't have buy side experience? Really...?

Going to the CorpFi firm will give you hands on experience in M&A. If you want to go the consulting route later on, the experience gained should open doors. Hopefully the CorpFi firm has a good rep in the City and around Europe. If it’s a fly-by-night chop shop à la “Boiler Room”, take the second option.
Thanks, very helpful. The firm is listed and has a decent rep in mid-market.
If you want to do IB, clearly the IB (CF) offer is the way to go if they have any sort of track record of deals.
