(i) Index match with multiple criteria - e.g.: =INDEX(range,MATCH(1,(criteira1_range=criteria1)*(criteria2_range=criteria2)...,0))
(ii) Create a key (concatenate every match criteria) and use it as a criteria for any reference formula (Index match, vlookup, xlookup, filter, etc)
(iii) Use any non-trivial reference formula like =OFFSET(), =UNIQUE(FILTER()), etc

Also just to clarify, you don't need to name anything. You can use the "A1:A20" reference
