This is looking great!

Pet Peeves while flying? Mine is people who recline their seats in front of me. Especially if they are shorter than me.

Gratitude time! I'll go first... I feel wealthy and blessed when I can go in my cupboards and pull out the 8 ingredients I need to make my preferred fancy salad or yogurt for lunch. It's a small thing that demonstrates so many bigger blessings.

Came across this today. I am a woman that is often described “direct, blunt, with aggressive working style etc.” (to my face). Do you agree that men who are more assertive or have aggressive working style are perceived more openly and accepted by the society more than those who are women?

I work with a manager that was put on a PIP. She’s angry. She thinks I’m the one that got her in trouble (I’m not). I wrote her and asked about a client deliverable she was responsible for and she copied the world saying it was my job. My Q is do I engage (reply-all) and set the record straight or take the high road?

EY put an extra comma in my job offer. Who thinks I’ll get away with $120M a year vs $120k

Can you get fired or laid off if you are on a short term disability leave? Does this call for a lawsuit if this happens?

What pet could you reasonably have as a consultant? I really want to get a pet, but don't think e.g. having a dog is gonna work with me traveling M-Th, and wondering what are my other options. I live by myself so no SO or roommate to take care of the pet unfortunately. No pet rocks please :-D

I have trouble falling asleep every night. My performance has been decreasing due to poor sleep. No energy, motivation, excitement. I’ve tried tea, weed, melatonin. Any suggestions? I watch tv before going to sleep, but even when I don’t, still the same. So turning off, hasn’t helped either. On weekends I’m still exhausted since I tend to naturally wake up early.

Does anyone else take it a little personally when you’re the last one on the “To” line or is that just my anxiety lol

How do people go into consulting out of college and NOT ever break 250k? It seems inevitable if you stay or just get a half decent exit. Not sure why everyone here complains about how hard it is to save

At what base salary are you considered wealthy?

Is anyone willing to share their mortgage or rent payment and total income. Battling with the decision to take on a 7K monthly payment (including taxes, fees, and insurance) on a 340K annual income. For reference, math made sense before interest rates went up. Now I’m. It sure.

Alright everyone....I’ve been tasked with orgqnizing a team “Secret Santa”. But you guessed it....I can’t call it “Secret Santa”. Any alternatives that don’t suck? Extra points for alliteration!
